What E06 means
E06 means low-voltage protection has stopped the motor. The battery may need charging, but the code alone cannot tell you whether a part is faulty.
What to do
- Stop riding and turn off the bike.
- If you have just ridden, let the battery cool before charging with the original charger. If the battery is very cold, let it return naturally to normal indoor temperature first. Do not heat it directly.
- With the bike off and charger unplugged from the wall, check that the battery is properly seated. Look for visible damage or discolouration around the plugs. Stop using damaged parts and contact support.
- If charging will not start, follow the charging guide below.
- If E06 returns after charging, or the bike repeatedly loses power, contact support. Send the code, model and when the problem occurs.
Do not lower the low-voltage protection setting, open the battery or replace it based only on this code. Support can arrange further checks if needed.
