Try these simple checks

  1. Just finished riding? Wait before charging. The battery can be hot after use. Let it cool naturally, then try again. Its temperature protection may stop charging while it is too hot.
  2. Use the original charger supplied with your bike. Check that the wall socket works and look at the charger light. A cold charger alone does not prove it is faulty.
  3. Turn off the bike and unplug the charger from the wall before checking plugs. Look for a loose plug or visible damage. If a plug or battery is damaged, wet, swollen or smells unusual, stop and contact support.
  4. Try charging with the battery on the bike. Connect the charger to the battery first, then to the wall socket.
  5. Try charging with the battery removed. Turn off the bike and unplug the charger from the wall first. Remove the battery using your model's normal removal steps, unplug all other battery connections, and connect only the charger. Do not open the battery case.
  6. If neither method works, contact support. Send your model, order number, charger-light colour and a photo or short video. You do not need to measure voltage or replace parts first.

When finished, unplug the charger from the wall first, then disconnect it from the battery. Charge indoors in a dry, ventilated place, with the charger uncovered.

Do not open the charger or battery, bypass protection, or try to revive a deeply discharged battery with a different charger. A very cold battery should return naturally to normal indoor temperature before charging; do not heat it directly.
