Does your model have a horn?

The D02 Track is supplied without a horn. Check your model's specification or order details first. A bike supplied without a horn does not have a horn fault.

What you can check

  1. With the bike stationary, check that you are pressing the horn button shown in your model's instructions.
  2. Turn off the bike before looking at the horn, button or visible wires.
  3. Look for a stuck or damaged button, visibly loose plug or damaged wire. Take a photo; do not remove the switch or open the wiring.
  4. If a fitted horn still does not work, contact support with your model, order number and a short video showing the problem.

Do not connect the horn directly to another battery or power supply. Let support or a qualified repairer check the electrical parts before replacing them.
