What E13 means

E13 means a front-light-related fault. It can involve the light or its wiring; the code alone does not identify the part that needs replacing.

What you can check

  1. With the bike stationary, note whether the headlight turns on normally. Do not handle wires while the power is on.
  2. Turn off the bike and unplug any charger from the wall. Look for a visibly loose plug, damaged cable or moisture around the headlight.
  3. If you see water, corrosion, burnt marks or damaged pins, stop using the affected equipment and contact support. Do not open the lamp or try to straighten pins.
  4. Send support a photo of the code and headlight. Tell us if the problem began after rain, washing or a fall.

Do not ride where working lights are needed while the light is faulty. Ask support before ordering a headlight or testing the electrical circuit.
