FAQ — Warranty & Returns

Short answers about warranty, claims, returns and refunds. The linked policy pages contain the governing terms.

Warranty

What warranty does CEMOTO provide?

CEMOTO provides a limited manufacturer warranty for eligible defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage periods, component terms and exclusions are defined in the Warranty Policy.

Do I need to register the bike?

Warranty coverage is registered when the product is purchased through official or authorized channels. The optional Warranty Registration portal can help verify ownership and speed up support.

How do I start a warranty claim?

Email support@cemotoride.com with your model, order number, a clear description, and photos or video showing the problem. The full evidence checklist is in Warranty Claims.

Are wear parts covered?

Consumables and fast-wearing parts are generally excluded from warranty. See the component exclusions in the Warranty Policy.

Returns and refunds

How do I start a return?

Contact support before sending anything back. Returns require authorization and instructions; do not ship to a warehouse or returns address until support confirms it.

When is a bike eligible for return?

Eligibility, condition requirements, fees and refund timing are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Keep the original packaging until the bike has been checked.

Who pays return shipping?

That depends on the return reason and the policy in force. Review the policy and obtain support confirmation before arranging shipment.

Damage or missing items

Inspect the order promptly after delivery. For damage, missing items or delivery discrepancies, send photos, the shipping label and your order number to support. The claim requirements are in the Shipping Policy.
