Spare Parts & Compatibility

The genuine CEMOTO parts catalog, and how to confirm a part fits your model.

Where parts ship from: CEMOTO ships original parts directly from its global manufacturing center, using expedited air shipping whenever available. Delivery timing depends on destination and stock status.

Pricing: prices, variants and availability change over time. This page links to the current store listings instead of maintaining fixed prices here. The product page at the time of purchase governs.

Warranty note: wear-and-tear components are excluded from warranty and are charged at cost price. Manufacturing defects in covered components are handled under the Warranty Policy.

Before ordering: confirm compatibility

Getting the wrong part is the most common parts-ordering problem. Work through this list before you buy:

  1. Identify your exact model. D02 Classic, D02 Track, D03 Pro and D03 Beast use different components despite sharing a family name.
  2. Read the part description. Parts described as “D-Series” generally fit the family; parts described as “D03” may be model-specific.
  3. Check wheel size. The compact platform uses 14"/12" wheels; the full-size platform uses 17"/14" wheels.
  4. Check voltage. 48V and 72V models use different batteries, chargers and controllers. A 48V charger will not charge a 72V battery.
  5. Ask support if unsure. Email support@cemotoride.com with your model, order number and a photo of the part you need.

Wear parts

These parts are normally excluded from warranty because they wear with use:

  • Brake pads and rotors
  • Tires and inner tubes
  • Chains and sprockets
  • Bearings and cables
  • Rubber seals and grips
  • Brake handles, brake cables and covers
  • Plastic body parts
  • LED lights, fenders, shock absorbers and other fast-wearing parts

A useful spares kit is: brake pads, an inner tube, a chain, a master link, basic wheel-removal tools and a tire pump with gauge.

Accessories and upgrades

Many CEMOTO models include mounting points for standard accessories such as rear racks, fenders and bottle cages. Check the specific product description or photos before purchasing third-party accessories.

Warning: do not modify the bike with unapproved accessories. Unapproved accessories can compromise safety and void the warranty.

The D-series uses a programmable FarDriver controller. The supported Bluetooth dongle can adjust controller parameters, restore settings and tune power delivery. Incorrect values can cause faults or component damage — record original values first and see Display & Settings.
