Maintenance Log
Keep a simple note of the care and repairs your bike receives. This helps you remember what was done and explain a problem to support.
How to use this page
This is an optional record for your own use, not an online form. You can copy the table into your phone's notes or print this page. This website does not save your entries.
You do not need to know technical terms or measure parts to keep a record. Write what you know and leave the rest blank.
Your bike
Keep your model name, order number and purchase date with your purchase receipt. A photo of the bike's serial-number label can also help support identify your bike. Do not post your personal details or order information publicly.
Simple care and repair record
| What to record | What to write |
|---|---|
| Date | When you checked, cleaned or repaired the bike |
| Care or repair | What was done, in your own words |
| Parts replaced | The part name, if any; attach the receipt if you have one |
| Problems noticed | Any unusual noise, damage, charging problem or code on the display |
| Follow-up | Advice from support or the repair shop, and when to check again |
Mileage, the name of the repair shop and the cost are optional. If the repair shop gives you a service report, keep it instead of copying all the technical details.
A simple example
Example only: “I cleaned the bike and lubricated the chain. No parts were replaced. I noticed a new noise from the rear wheel and contacted support.”
This example shows how to write a note. It does not set service intervals, adjustment measurements or bolt-tightening values for your bike. Use the instructions for your model or ask a qualified repair shop.
What if I notice a problem?
Take a clear photo or short video if it is safe to do so. Write down any code shown on the display and when the problem happens. Send these details and your order number to CEMOTO Support.
Stop riding if the brakes, steering or wheels seem unsafe. Do not keep riding just to record the problem.
Battery notes
You can note charging problems or changes in how far you can ride. Weather, hills, rider weight and riding speed can all affect range, so a shorter ride alone does not tell you that the battery has failed.
After a ride, let the battery cool before charging. During long periods without use, top up the battery about every 15 days. See Battery Care & Charging.
Records to keep for support
Keep your purchase receipt, any repair receipts, photos of the problem and messages from support together. This optional table does not replace the Warranty Policy or its claim requirements.
