Most frequently asked
When will my eBike ship?
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking is sent by email. Most U.S. customers receive their order in 4–8 days.
What is the warranty?
CEMOTO products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The frame, battery, controller and motor are each covered for 12 months; the instrument panel is covered for 6 months.
Are the bikes assembled when they arrive?
No — they arrive partially assembled, typically 85–90 % complete. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals or footpegs and the seat post, then complete basic adjustments. All required tools and instructions are included. Most riders are ready to ride in 20–45 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and wire/bank transfer for approved orders.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. The bike must be in new, unused, resalable condition in its original packaging. For personal-reason returns, the customer covers return shipping.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. CEMOTORIDE currently ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, other islands, military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) and other restricted locations. Separate regional stores serve the United Kingdom (uk.cemotoride.com) and Europe (eu.cemotoride.com).
Are the bikes street legal?
D-series electric dirt bikes are off-road vehicles for private land and closed tracks. They are not sold as street-legal vehicles. CEMOTO eBikes are designed for on-road and improved-trail use, and some models are Class 2 street legal. Always check local laws.

How do I get technical support?
Email support@cemotoride.com with your bike model, order number, and photos or video of the issue. Typical reply time is 1–2 business days, often within 12 hours during business hours.
