Important safety notice
CEMOTO D-series electric dirt bikes are off-road vehicles intended for use on private land and closed tracks only. They are not sold as street-legal vehicles. Riding laws for electric dirt bikes vary significantly by country, state and municipality — it is the rider's responsibility to confirm local requirements before riding. See Riding Laws & Compliance.
Electric bikes (commuter, mountain and fat-tire models) are designed for on-road and improved-trail use. Always wear an approved helmet, and read the owner manual for your specific model before your first ride.
Notes on this documentation
Language. All customer-facing content in this documentation center is written in English.
Performance figures. Top speed, range and charge-time figures quoted throughout are manufacturer-stated maximums under controlled test conditions (typically a 70 kg rider, 25 °C ambient temperature and 20 km/h constant speed for range tests). They are not simultaneous guarantees. Actual performance varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, battery condition and riding style.
Specification changes. CEMOTO continuously improves its products. Specifications and manual content are subject to change without notice. Where an illustration or specification in a manual differs from the physical product, the physical product governs.
Source of truth. Where this documentation and an official published policy differ, the policy currently published on cemotoride.com governs.
