| Inspect the tires for sidewall cracking and tread wear; replace if worn |
| Check the suspension mounting bolts and shock pivots |
| Clean and inspect the chain; measure for elongation |

Owner manual maintenance requirements
Reproduced from the CEMOTO owner manual:
- Battery — Use only the included battery. If it has been discontinued, replace it immediately with the recommended battery supplied with the electric motorcycle.
- Battery charger — Use only the included battery charger. If it is out of service, replace it immediately with the recommended charger supplied with the motorcycle.
- Wheels — Wheels and drive system components age or wear normally. It is the user's responsibility to systematically check the wheels for excessive wear and to properly adjust and replace drive system components if necessary.
- Spare parts — Most common spare parts are available through our distributors.
Additional requirements from the manual:
- Adjust the brakes frequently and change the brake pads in time.
- Check the chain tightness. Slack should be about 15 mm.
- Check the air pressure frequently. Low pressure increases resistance and reduces range.
- The electrical elements can only be cleaned on the outside. Do not open them yourself — opening them voids the warranty on those parts.
- Do not overload the bike. Electrical parts will be damaged; plastic parts may deform from high temperature and the fuse socket may be damaged by heat. These are not under warranty.
- Cut off the power if there is a problem with the electrical parts.
- For safety, cut the power supply when the bike is not in use.
- The fastening torque of the fixing screw for the rear rack should be 16 N·m.
