For safe shipping, the bikes arrive partially assembled — typically 85–90 % complete. You will need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals or footpegs, and the seat post, and perform some basic adjustments (brakes, gears). All necessary tools and clear, step-by-step assembly instructions are included. Assembly videos are also available — see Technical Guides. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, CEMOTO recommends taking the bike to a local bike shop for professional assembly and tuning. Costs vary by shop. How much assembly is required for a D-series dirt bike? The bike arrives about 85 % pre-assembled. You only need to attach the handlebars, front wheel and footpegs. Most riders are trail-ready in about 20–30 minutes. The D02 Track specifically requires four parts to be installed: front wheel, handlebars, footpegs and headlight. What about eBikes? eBikes ship approximately 90 % assembled. To ship the bike, the pedals, seat, front wheel and sometimes the handlebar are loosened or removed. How long does assembly take? D-series dirt bikes: 20–30 minutes eBikes: 30–45 minutes including basic adjustments Should I assemble it myself or use a bike shop? If you have questions about your ability to assemble the product, consult a qualified bicycle technician. CEMOTO recommends that two people work together to assemble an electric bike. Is there an assembly video? Yes. CEMOTO publishes step-by-step unboxing and assembly videos: Off-Road Electric Dirt Bike D02 — Unboxing & Assembly Folding eBike B57A — Unboxing & Assembly Plus individual how-to videos for motors, disc brakes, pedals and battery side guards. See Technical Guides. What's in the box What is included? The confirmed D-series package includes: The bike (partially assembled) One compatible charger Assembly tools and hardware A manual The original shipping carton For the D02 Track, the pictured assembly kit contains: headlight, front number plate, wrenches, hex keys, screwdriver, cable ties, footpegs and manual, plus a U.S. two-prong battery charger. Exact tool appearance may vary. Do I need to buy tools? The basic assembly tools are included. You will additionally want: A tire pump with pressure gauge (Schrader-type valve) A torque wrench for final tightening of axle and stem fasteners How heavy is the carton? D02 Classic: 138.9 lb (63 kg) gross D03 Pro: ~139 lb gross D02 Track: 165.3 lb (75 kg) gross Plan for suitable space and lifting assistance. See What's in the Box. First ride What should I do before my first ride? Charge the battery fully. The manual recommends an initial charge of up to 12 hours for the first cycle. Complete the pre-ride inspection — brakes, throttle, tires, battery, frame, fasteners, chain, display, lights. Re-check all fasteners after assembly; they settle during the first ride. Practice in a safe open area first — at least 10 m × 10 m — riding forward, turning and stopping. Start in 1st gear (ECO mode). Do not ride in high gear until fully familiar with the bike. Ride with an experienced person first if you are new to the bike. See Pre-Ride Inspection. Why won't the bike move when I turn it on? On the D-series, turning the electric door lock on makes the instrument light up and display 0 gear. In this state the vehicle does not work — the throttle is inactive by design. Press the "+" key to switch to a gear above 1, and the throttle will respond. Do I need to practice before riding on trails? Yes. The owner manual recommends elementary exercises in an accessible area of at least 10 m × 10 m to practice riding forward, turning and stopping. Stay relaxed while practicing, and try to practice navigating tight areas, turning and stopping. Riding on ordinary roads is not allowed until you can precisely control the motorcycle through tight areas and simulate various terrain. Whenever you upgrade your electric motorcycle, experience the feeling of riding again and practice in the same area as the obstacle zone after the upgrade. Registration and warranty activation Do I need to register my product? CEMOTO offers a warranty registration portal where you can register your product to activate official warranty coverage and after-sales support. Registration provides: Coverage — official warranty protection Support — faster service response Proof — ownership verification Note that the warranty policy states the warranty is automatically registered at the time of purchase through the official website or authorized sales channels. System Charge time 48V models (D02 Classic, D03 Pro) Approximately 6 hours 72V models (D02 Track, D03 Beast) Approximately 7–8 hours Use only the compatible supplied charger, in a dry, ventilated location, and follow the owner's instructions. How long should the first charge take? The owner manual recommends an initial charge of up to 12 hours for the first charge cycle, with a maximum charge time thereafter of 8–9 hours. How do I charge the bike? Insert the charger plug into the battery charging socket. Insert the charger power plug into the power supply. Charge fully. Disconnect from the mains first, then from the battery. Can I remove the battery to charge it? On the D02 Track, yes. The battery is removable and can be charged off the bike using the corresponding charging port (three-pin socket) on the charger. This is convenient if you cannot park near an outlet. Can I use a different charger? No. Use only the included battery charger. If the charger is out of service, replace it immediately with the recommended charger supplied for your model. Use of non-certified chargers is an explicit battery warranty exclusion, and is a fire risk. What should I avoid while charging? Do not charge when the slot or socket is damp Charge with the correct power source Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials Charge in a dry, ventilated location Do not charge a swollen, damaged or wet battery Battery safety Is the battery safe? What about UL certification? CEMOTO states that safety is paramount. CEMOTO electric bikes and their batteries and motors are UL 2849 certified (or meet equivalent stringent safety standards). This certification ensures the electrical systems meet rigorous safety requirements for fire and electrical hazards. Certificate numbers are not published here. For certification documentation, request it from CEMOTO support with your order number. CEMOTO also states it uses high-quality, name-brand battery cells known for reliability and safety. How should I dispose of a battery? Do not dispose of the battery pack in fire — it could explode Do not discard lithium-ion batteries in the garbage Dispose of batteries according to locally applicable regulations Contact your local recycling / reuse or hazardous waste center for more information The product contains sealed lithium-ion batteries and must be handled properly. Can I transport the battery by air? Lithium batteries are heavily restricted for air transport. Check with the carrier before traveling, and never carry a damaged pack aboard an aircraft. Can I ship a battery to a parcel locker? No. Due to shipping regulations, eBike batteries are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped to parcel stores or lockers. They must be delivered to a physical address where someone is available to receive the package. Battery life and performance How long will my battery last? The average lifespan of rechargeable batteries is 1 to 2 years, depending on the conditions and usage of the motorcycle. Even with the correct charging method, batteries will eventually need replacement — they do not last forever. Why is my range shorter in winter? Usable capacity falls with temperature: Battery temperature Approximate available capacity 14 °F ~70 % 32 °F ~80 % 70 °F ~90–95 % This is normal lithium-ion behavior, not a fault. Why can't I travel at a consistent high speed when the battery is low? If the battery is low, the motorcycle may not be able to travel at a consistent high speed as expected. Charge for a better ride. How should I store the battery? For long-term storage, charge to approximately 50 % and store in a dry location within the recommended temperature range Never store frozen or at extremely high temperatures — the recommended range is approximately 68 °F (20 °C) to 45 °F (7 °C). Extreme temperatures will permanently damage the battery Disconnect the battery so it cannot slowly discharge Bring to room temperature before charging in cold conditions See Battery Care & Charging. Charging problems My battery is not charging. What should I check first? Is the charger receiving power? Test the wall outlet with another device; confirm it is switched on. Confirm the charger's own indicator behaves as expected. Charger output. Check the output voltage with a multimeter against the rating on the charger label. Charging port condition. Inspect the battery socket and charger plug for bent pins, corrosion, water or debris. Battery seating. Confirm the battery is fully seated and latched. BMS protection. A deeply discharged or shorted battery may have latched BMS protection, in which case the charger sees no load. Temperature. Allow the battery to reach room temperature and retry. A video walkthrough is available: CEMOTO Battery Not Charging? What Would You Check First? — see Technical Guides. Full diagnostics: Charging Faults. What is error E06? E06 is Low Voltage Protection — the battery voltage has fallen below the controller's protection threshold. Charge the battery. If E06 appears on a fully charged battery, check the charger output and battery health, and verify parameter P03 (voltage level) is correct. What is error E12? E12 is a BMS Communications Error — the controller cannot communicate with the battery management system. Check the battery connector and BMS wiring. See Display & Error Codes. Battery warranty What does the battery warranty cover? Batteries are covered under the limited warranty — see the Warranty Policy for the applicable period, coverage and exclusions. Eligible battery defects will be repaired or replaced without extending the original warranty period, and battery replacement does not qualify for cash reimbursement. A warranty may be provided if: The discharge meter detects less than 70 % of available capacity The voltage is abnormal and the battery cannot be charged The battery warranty excludes failures caused by: Use of non-certified chargers Overcharging or deep discharge Physical impact or water intrusion Seal tampering or unauthorized disassembly Use in non-approved devices See Warranty. Related pages Contact & Support Policies About the documentation center FAQ — Maintenance & Service Routine maintenance What maintenance does an electric bike need? Electric bikes require regular maintenance tune-ups similar to traditional bikes and cars. To get the best performance, regularly check tires, tubes, chains, battery and brakes, or visit a local bike shop for professional assistance. Performing a pre-ride safety check helps maintain safety and performance. How often should I service the bike? Follow the schedule in Maintenance Schedule. In summary: Interval Focus Before every ride Brakes, throttle, tires, battery, fasteners, chain, display, lights After every off-road ride Clean drivetrain and brakes; lubricate the chain; check for damage Weekly Tire pressure, chain tension, brake pads, fasteners, wheel trueness Monthly Battery health, connectors, wiring, brake fluid, suspension 6 monthly Professional service; bearings; hydraulic brake bleed; suspension Annually Full service; brake fluid; chain and sprocket; battery assessment What are the key checks I should never skip? Chain tension — approximately 15 mm slack Tire pressure — check frequently; low pressure increases resistance and reduces range Brakes — adjust frequently and change pads in time Battery and charger — use only the supplied parts Do I need to do anything before storing the bike for winter? Yes. Clean and dry the bike, charge the battery to approximately 50 %, disconnect it, store at a reasonable temperature, lubricate the chain, and protect metal surfaces from corrosion. Replacement parts will not be shipped until sufficient evidence is reviewed and approved by the technical team. See Warranty Claims. Related pages Maintenance Maintenance Schedule Troubleshooting Spare Parts & Compatibility Warranty FAQ — Product & Specifications Understanding the specifications What does the 3000W / 6000W figure mean? It is the stated peak motor output, not a continuous or nominal power rating. Peak figures describe the maximum a motor can deliver briefly; sustained output is lower. How do I read a specification like "72V 25Ah"? 72V is the nominal system voltage — higher voltage supports higher speed and efficiency. 25Ah is the battery capacity in amp-hours. Multiplied together (V × Ah) this gives the energy in watt-hours. Model System Energy (approx.) D02 Classic 48V 21Ah ~1008 Wh D03 Pro 48V 23Ah ~1104 Wh D02 Track 72V 25Ah ~1800 Wh D03 Beast 72V 25Ah ~1800 Wh Higher watt-hours generally means more range potential, but actual range depends heavily on speed, terrain and rider weight. Speed and range How fast can a CEMOTO electric dirt bike go? Model Top speed (manufacturer-stated) D02 Classic Up to 40 mph (65 km/h) D03 Pro Up to 40 mph (65 km/h) D02 Track Up to 53 mph (85 km/h) D03 Beast Up to 53 mph (85 km/h) These are manufacturer-stated maximums achieved on private land or track, and are not guaranteed. Actual speed varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, battery charge and riding conditions. How far can I ride on one charge? Model Maximum range (manufacturer-stated) D02 Classic Up to 30 miles (48 km) D03 Pro Up to 34 miles (55 km) D02 Track Up to 60 miles (96 km) D03 Beast Up to 50 miles (80 km) Note: the D02 Track is listed at "up to 60 miles" on its specifications and "up to 80 km (50 miles)" in its product description. The two published figures do not agree. Treat 50–60 miles as the range band and verify with the current product page. Range figures are measured under controlled test conditions — typically a 70 kg rider, 25 °C ambient temperature and 20 km/h constant speed. They are not achievable simultaneously with top speed. What speeds do the three riding modes allow? The bikes have three selectable modes, but verified mode-by-mode speed test data is not available, so no specific speed is assigned to each mode. Is a 30-degree climbing claim included? No. There is no verified standardized test basis for that claim, so it is excluded from the current product information. Note on hill-climb claims: some product descriptions state a 45° grade capability for the 6000W models. This is a marketing description rather than a standardized tested figure. Batteries Can I remove the battery to charge it? On the D02 Track, yes — the battery is removable and can be charged off the bike. Battery charging is described as "removable battery; can be charged off the bike." For other models, check the product page. The D-series uses a battery compartment design; the D02 Track explicitly supports off-bike charging via the three-pin socket on the battery. How long does a charge take? System Charge time 48V models (D02 Classic, D03 Pro) Approximately 6 hours 72V models (D02 Track, D03 Beast) Approximately 7–8 hours What is the battery lifespan? Rechargeable batteries do not last forever. The average lifespan is 1 to 2 years, depending on conditions and usage. What is the battery warranty? The warranty period, coverage and exclusions for the battery are governed by the official Warranty terms and the Warranty Claims procedure. A claim may apply where the discharge meter detects less than 70 % of available capacity, or where the voltage is abnormal and the battery cannot be charged — subject to those exclusions. Does battery capacity drop in cold weather? Yes. Usable capacity falls with temperature: Battery temperature Approximate available capacity 14 °F ~70 % 32 °F ~80 % 70 °F ~90–95 % Controls and settings Is the top speed adjustable like other high-performance brands? Yes. The CEMOTO D-series uses a programmable controller. It comes with a factory-set limit for local compliance and can be switched to competition-focused off-road settings where allowed. The display also exposes a speed limit parameter (P08, 0–100 km/h) and a controller current limit (P14). See Display & Settings. Does the D02 Track have a horn? No. The D02 Track ships in a track configuration without a horn. The D02 Classic also removes the horn as part of its lower-cost, off-road-first specification. Does the bike have reverse? The D02 Track has a built-in reverse mode for easier manoeuvring on narrow trails. Other D-series models do not list reverse. Rider fit How do I know what size bike to order? Choosing the right size is crucial for comfort and control. Each bike model's product page has a detailed size chart based on rider height. Measure your height carefully and refer to that chart. Sizing can vary between models. If you fall between sizes, consider your riding style — a smaller size may be more agile, a larger size more stable — or contact support for personalized advice. What rider height is each D-series model designed for? Model Rider height Seat height D02 Classic 4'11"–5'10" (150–178 cm) 28.74 in D03 Pro 4'11"–5'10" (150–178 cm) 28.3 in D02 Track 5'9"–6'5" (175–195 cm) 31.89 in (81 cm) D03 Beast 5'9"–6'5" (175–195 cm) 31.9 in (81 cm) Fit also depends on inseam, balance, strength and riding experience — not height alone. What is the maximum load? Model Maximum load D02 Classic 287 lb D03 Pro ~265 lb D02 Track 265 lb (120 kg) D03 Beast 287 lb Rider weight, equipment and anything carried on the bike should remain within this limit. Overloading damages electrical components and the damage is not covered by warranty. Is the D02 Classic suitable for teen riders? Yes — it is marketed for teens and adults who fit the bike. Suitability also depends on maturity, strength, training and experience. Adult supervision and appropriate protective gear are recommended for teen riders. How can I restrict speed for a younger or less experienced rider? Two methods, used together: Stay in the lowest power gear (1st / ECO mode). Lower the speed limit parameter (P08) to the desired maximum. You can also reduce the controller current limit (P14) and adjust power sensitivity (P11) and start intensity (P12) to soften throttle response. See Rider Fit & Sizing. Street legality Are CEMOTO bikes street legal? D-series electric dirt bikes: no. They are intended for off-road use on suitable private property and tracks. They are not marketed as street-legal commuters, and riders should check all applicable local laws before use. eBikes: partially. CEMOTO eBikes are designed for on-road and improved-trail use. Some models are explicitly described as Class 2 street legal — for example the EB40, which lists a 20 mph top speed as "Class 2 Street Legal." Where can I ride an electric bike? An electric bike is legally treated the same as a normal bike in many jurisdictions. You can ride an electric assisted bike anywhere you can ride your regular bike — subject to local law. Important: riding laws for electric dirt bikes vary significantly by country, state and municipality. It is the rider's responsibility to confirm local requirements. See Riding Laws & Compliance. Design and components What is a fat tire eBike, and why should I choose one? Fat tire eBikes are designed with extra-wide tires — 4.0 inches on CEMOTO models — that provide exceptional traction and stability on various terrains, including sand, snow, mud and rocky trails. They offer a comfortable and controlled ride, making them well suited to off-road adventures and exploring varied terrain. What are the benefits of an electric mountain fat tire bike? Enhanced traction — conquer loose terrain with confidence Improved stability — the wide tires provide a more stable, balanced ride Increased comfort — the tires absorb bumps and vibrations for a smoother ride Extended capability — access terrain that narrower tires cannot handle What type of terrain can a commuter bike ride on? Commuter eBike tires are designed to be versatile and can be ridden on both smooth and rough surfaces, including roads, gravel, dirty trails, rocky areas and even wetlands. For more challenging terrain and trails, an electric mountain bike is better suited. Do the bikes use proprietary parts? CEMOTO emphasizes serviceable components selected for long-term support and realistic maintenance. Most components are standard, and compatible D-series parts and accessories are available through the CEMOTO accessories range. What accessories are compatible? Many CEMOTO models come pre-equipped with mounting points for standard accessories such as rear racks, fenders (mudguards) and water bottle cages. Check the specific product description or photos for details on included mounts. Most bikes are compatible with common third-party accessories, and CEMOTO also offers a selection of compatible accessories. If you have specific accessory questions, ask support before purchasing. Is the D02 Classic less powerful than the D03 Pro? No. Both models use the same 3000W high-torque motor platform. Bike type Best suited to City / commuter bikes Paved roads, bike paths and urban environments. Focus on comfort and practicality Hybrid bikes A mix of paved roads and light gravel paths Mountain bikes (eMTB) Off-road trails, with suspension and rugged tires Fat tire eBikes Sand, snow, mud, rocky trails — anywhere wide tires help Cruiser bikes Relaxed rides on flat terrain such as beach paths and neighbourhood streets Electric dirt bikes (D-series) Off-road only — private land and closed tracks Check the specific product page for your model. Unsure which is best for you? Contact CEMOTO or use the online bike finder tool. What type of terrain can a commuter bike ride on? Commuter eBike tires are designed to be versatile and can be ridden on both smooth and rough surfaces, including roads, gravel, dirty trails, rocky areas and even wetlands. For more challenging terrain and trails, an electric mountain bike is better suited. Is the D-series for off-road use only? Yes. The D-series is intended for off-road use on suitable private property and tracks. It is not marketed as a street-legal commuter. Forbidden roads and surfaces (D-series) Reproduced from the owner manual: Do not drive on the motorway Do not drive on roads with slopes exceeding 30°, and do not venture through steep slopes, uneven roads or other unfamiliar terrain Do not ride indoors or on potentially damaged surfaces such as carpets or floors Do not ride on water, mud, ice, bumpy, uneven, slippery or rough surfaces Never submerge the motorcycle in water — electrical and drive components may be damaged Where should I practice first? Outdoor practice is prohibited until you are fully familiar with the operation methods of the motorcycle. Practice in an accessible area of at least 10 m × 10 m: Practice riding forward, turning and stopping Stay relaxed while practicing For the first time, it is recommended to practice under the guidance of an experienced person or instructor Practice navigating tight areas, turning and stopping Riding on ordinary roads is not allowed until you can precisely control the motorcycle through tight areas and simulate various terrain After any upgrade, practice again in the same area as the obstacle zone. Safety What safety equipment do I need? Wearing appropriate protective equipment is required: Approved hard helmet — mandatory for all riders Gloves, elbow pads and knee pads Protective trousers Lace-up shoes with rubber soles Do not ride without shoes or in open-toed shoes. Do not wear high heels. Goggles are recommended to avoid eye contact with contaminants, dirt and insects. Wear dark goggles in strong light and goggles with higher transparency in low light. The correct helmet should: Be comfortable for the rider Be of light weight Have good ventilation for the head Fit snugly Cover the forehead What are the absolute safety rules? NEVER carry a passenger on the electric bike NEVER modify the electric bike with unapproved accessories NEVER ride through deep water NEVER perform wheelies, jumps or trick stunts on eBikes AVOID riding in the rain for long periods AVOID water contact to the motor and electrical lines ALWAYS keep both hands on the handlebars ALWAYS apply brakes lightly when riding on rocks or loose surfaces ALWAYS use caution when going through puddles ALWAYS inspect the electric bike before each ride Do not touch the motor or the brakes after use — these parts get very hot and can burn skin. Who should not ride? Young children, pregnant women, and any persons with vision, balance or other problems that would prevent them from riding a bicycle should not use the eBike. Can I carry a passenger? No. The eBikes are not designed for two riders. Ensure only one person at a time is riding. Can I ride after drinking? No. Do not operate the electric bike after consuming any amount of alcohol or taking drugs. Are there weather restrictions? Avoid riding in the rain for long periods — avoid water contact with the motor and electrical lines In bad weather such as rain or snow, the braking distance increases. At 20 km/h, the wet braking distance should not exceed 15 m Do not ride on ice or slippery surfaces Do not ride through deep water Some D-series models carry an IPX6 water-resistance rating. IPX6 protects against high-pressure water jets but not immersion. Never submerge the bike. What should I know about hot components? Never touch the motor or brakes on your motorcycle after use, as these parts can get very hot and damage human skin. Teen riders Is an electric dirt bike suitable for my teenager? CEMOTO makes models specifically marketed for teens, and the D-series is for teens and adults who fit the bike. Suitability depends on: Maturity — will the rider respect the speed and the machine? Strength — can the rider manage the weight and hold the bike up? Training and experience — has the rider practiced in a controlled area? Fit — does the rider's height suit the model's seat height and rider-height range? Adult supervision and appropriate protective gear are recommended for teen riders. Can I restrict the speed? Yes, in two ways: Stay in the lowest power gear — 1st gear (ECO mode). The starting gear should always be 1st gear. Lower the speed limit parameter (P08) on the display to the desired maximum. You can also reduce the controller current limit (P14) and soften the throttle response with P11 and P12. See Rider Fit & Sizing and Display & Settings. Is the D02 Classic suitable for teen riders? Yes — it is marketed for teens and adults who fit the bike, with a 28.74-inch seat and a rider-height range of 4'11"–5'10". Where can a teen legally ride? Laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. Electric dirt bikes are generally treated differently from pedal-assist eBikes, and age restrictions often apply. Confirm local laws before riding. See Riding Laws & Compliance. Riding technique What should I check before riding on a new trail? Everything in the Pre-Ride Inspection Battery charge sufficient for the route — plan to return with reserve Tire pressure set appropriately for the surface Emergency kit and basic tools if riding far from help How do I ride on loose surfaces? Always apply brakes lightly when riding on rocks or loose surfaces. Hard braking on loose ground causes wheel lock and loss of control. How do I maximize range? Ride at medium speed — the owner manual explicitly recommends this Avoid frequent braking, starting or heavy loading Avoid frequent uphill riding and riding against the wind where possible Maintain correct tire pressure Use the lowest power mode that suits the terrain What should I do when approaching intersections? When approaching or crossing intersections, motor vehicle lanes, turning or passing gates, slow down and allow pedestrians, bicycles and motor vehicles to go ahead. Accessories Can I use accessories like racks, fenders or child seats with your bikes? Many CEMOTO models come pre-equipped with mounting points for standard accessories such as rear racks, fenders (mudguards) and water bottle cages. Check the specific product description or photos for details on included mounts. Most bikes are compatible with common third-party accessories, and CEMOTO offers a selection of compatible accessories. If you have specific accessory questions, contact support before purchasing. Warning: NEVER modify the electric bike with unapproved accessories. Unapproved accessories may compromise safety, void the warranty, and — in the case of child seats on a bike not rated for a passenger — create a serious safety risk. What genuine accessories does CEMOTO offer? A wide range including lights, racks, throttles, pedals, brake systems, chains, tires, inner tubes, battery chargers, lock sets, handlebars and more. See Spare Parts & Compatibility. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery in real time. You may also receive notification by SMS containing the waybill number. Track the package on the carrier's official site. My order contains several products. Will it ship together? If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that takes the longest. To improve delivery efficiency, orders may be shipped separately. Important: Due to delivery restrictions, the battery and the eBike body may not be shipped in the same package. Carriers Which carriers do you use? CEMOTORIDE ships using FedEx and USPS, based on the size and weight of the order and the delivery address. The main FAQ also references FedEx or another parcel service for eBikes. Orders are shipped in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally multiple shipments are needed — for example if several large or bulky items were ordered. Addresses and delivery I'm not home during the day. Can I have my order sent to another address? Yes. You may enter an alternative delivery address (such as your workplace or a family member's address) during checkout. Warning: Due to shipping regulations, eBike batteries are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped to parcel stores or lockers. They must be delivered to a physical address where someone is available to receive the package. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? In some cases, yes — if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Contact CEMOTO immediately through the contact form. Any changes made to shipping after the item has shipped — including changing the address, suspending the order, or updating shipping settings — may delay receipt of the product, replacement and/or refund. If the order has already shipped, CEMOTO will attempt to update the logistics company, but delivery to the new address is not guaranteed. You are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after shipment. Signature and inspection Is a signature required for delivery? CEMOTO products are generally quite valuable, so a signature is required upon delivery of any order valued at $300 or higher. Any person in the household can sign for the delivery.
